WHEN THE PROPHET Micaiah stood alone before King Ahab and King Jehoshaphat with the strong directive to agree with the lie that the 400 false prophets had already ratified, he immediately turned over his destiny to God. Micaiah's unflinching response was: "As the Lord lives, I will speak what the Lord says to me" (1 Kings 22:14). It was a moment of uncompromising commitment to God's way and the word of the Lord. 

    What are you willing to risk for your faith? Will you walk in the fear of false prophets and kings or will you follow His perfect way though the cost is great? Micaiah could have easily evaded a prison sentence (vs. 27), but he refused to accommodate the evil of the king's court. Thus,Micaiah was easily the most powerful man in the kingdom.To discover your destiny God will lead you to take your stand for the Word of the Lord. Learn what your faith is worth by refusing to compromise.
